About
Renominate
We exist to help community pharmacies protect, strengthen and future-proof their patient relationships — through structured, ethical communication and modern digital systems.
Our Story
Renominate began with a simple but growing concern: pharmacies were losing patients quietly — often without clear understanding of when, how, or why nomination changes had occurred.
What initially appeared to be isolated incidents revealed a broader structural issue. Nomination movement was increasing, patient awareness was low, and few pharmacies had a consistent system in place to maintain ongoing communication.
We recognised that recovery alone was not enough. Pharmacies needed both a way to address recent movement and a long-term framework to reinforce patient relationships.
Renominate was built to provide that structure — combining ethical nomination clarity with ongoing communication systems designed to protect stability and strengthen trust.
Today, we work with community pharmacies across the UK to implement a measured, compliant framework that supports both recovery and retention.
Our Mission
“To strengthen patient relationships through structured, ethical communication that supports stability, transparency and long-term sustainability for community pharmacies.”
Patient First
Every system we build and every communication we design begins with patient clarity. Healthcare decisions must always remain informed, voluntary and transparent.
Ethical Always
We do not persuade or pressure. We provide structured information, ensure understanding, and support informed choice within a fully compliant framework.
Community
Community pharmacies are essential to local healthcare. Our work is designed to reinforce their role, visibility and long-term resilience.
Our Core Values
Compassion
We approach every communication with empathy and professionalism. Patients deserve clarity and respect at every stage of their healthcare journey.
Transparency
Clear processes. Clear documentation. Clear communication. Both pharmacies and patients understand what is happening and why.
Integrity
We operate within strict compliance standards. Pharmacies remain data controllers at all times, and communication is structured within lawful bases.
Excellence
We design systems carefully, implement methodically, and continually refine based on real-world results and feedback.
Meet the Founders
Renominate was created by two founders who combine deep pharmacy insight with advanced digital systems expertise — united by a shared commitment to protecting patient relationships through structured communication.
Meet Jennifer
The heart and vision behind RE-NOMINATE
Jennifer has worked closely with community pharmacies for years, supporting operational teams and improving patient communication standards.
During her consultancy work within a community pharmacy, she observed a consistent pattern: unexplained nomination movement and declining patient awareness.
Through detailed review of patient histories and direct conversations, she identified how widespread and misunderstood the issue had become.
Jennifer designed the structured, patient-first communication framework that underpins Renominate — built on clarity, empathy and full transparency.
What she discovered was eye-opening.
Most people had no idea their nomination had ever changed.
They were confused, surprised — and often relieved when they learned what had really happened.
She created the entire patient-first communication system that forms the foundation of RE-NOMINATE — a warm, step-by-step method built on empathy, clarity and complete transparency.
Meet David
The technology and communication specialist behind the system
David brings over two decades of experience in digital systems, communication infrastructure and scaling customer-focused businesses.
He and Jennifer previously built one of the UK’s first hotel booking engines and later earned national recognition as the Fastest Growing Technology Company in the UK on the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 list.
For Renominate, David developed the communication architecture, reporting systems and compliance structure that ensure consistency, auditability and measurable outcomes.
His background in digital consultancy ensures pharmacies can also strengthen their wider online presence and long-term visibility where required.
He is the owner and founder of DHM Digital Limited, a digital agency specialising in websites, hosting, email & SMS marketing and local optimisation for local businesses.
This means Renominate is not simply a nomination clarification service — it is supported by a structured digital foundation that enables pharmacies to strengthen communication, visibility and long-term patient retention.
Why we work with a limited number of pharmacies
Because structured patient communication requires oversight, care and quality control, we intentionally partner with a limited number of pharmacies during each implementation phase.
This ensures every pharmacy receives direct support, measured rollout and consistent service standards.
If you believe your pharmacy would benefit from a structured, ethical communication framework designed to protect and strengthen patient relationships, we invite you to submit an application
Founder Partner Opportunity
We are currently welcoming a limited number of pharmacies to join as Founder Partners during the structured launch phase of the Renominate programme.
Founder Partners participate at the ground-floor stage of a carefully designed retention and digital credibility framework. During this phase, each partner receives direct oversight and measured implementation support to ensure long-term stability and success.
Founder Partner status includes:
• Direct founder-led implementation and strategic oversight
• Priority onboarding within the structured rollout phase
• Protected long-term commercial positioning within the programme
• Preferential access to all Renominate services and future enhancements
• Participation within a limited, quality-controlled launch cohort
Launch intake is intentionally restricted to ensure every Founder Partner receives the level of attention and structure the programme requires.
