Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
The Renominate Non-Disclosure Agreement provides additional contractual assurance around the secure handling of pharmacy and patient data shared for the purpose of the service. It defines confidentiality obligations, permitted use of shared information, and clear restrictions on disclosure or misuse.
The NDA is designed to give pharmacies complete confidence that all data shared with Renominate is protected, controlled, and used strictly for the agreed purpose.
