How Our Process Works
Every step is designed to make the experience reassuring for the patient and effortless for the pharmacy.
You share your list of inactive or lost patients
Every pharmacy has patients who once relied on them but suddenly stopped appearing in the system. Some may have been unintentionally switched. Some may have misunderstood a temporary request. Some may simply have clicked the wrong option online.
After reviewing the list of lost nominations, the pharmacy provides only the contact details of patients they are not aware have changed their nomination and we begin the process with full confidentiality and compliance
We reach out with warmth and clarity
Our patient contact team speaks gently, kindly and without pressure. Each conversation begins with understanding — not assumption.
We explain why we're calling. We help the patient understand what may have happened to their nomination. We answer questions calmly and simply.
Most patients appreciate the clarity. Many are relieved to finally understand why their prescriptions had changed. And a very high percentage choose to return to their original pharmacy once the situation is explained properly.
If they choose to return, we renominate immediately
If the patient expresses a wish to come back to your pharmacy, we guide them through that process with care. We confirm consent clearly and respectfully. We complete the renomination right away. Everything is fully compliant with EPS and GDPR requirements.
No delay. No confusion. No complexity for the patient.
We send a confirmation message for reassurance
Once the call is complete, the patient receives a friendly confirmation message. It restates what was decided. It explains what happens next. It gives them peace of mind that everything is in place.
This single message significantly reduces the risk of switching again and reinforces trust from the very start of their return.
Where appropriate, we also capture updated email and mobile details — always with clear consent — so your pharmacy can support them going forward.
You receive a clear, simple update
After each successful renomination, your pharmacy receives a clean, concise update. No complicated systems. No lengthy reports. Just clear information that helps your team stay informed.
You know exactly who has returned, when they returned and what communication steps were taken.
We work as part of your team
We don't position ourselves as a 3rd party agency, we like to feel part of the team and we set up either live chat or priority email to pass any urgent pharmacy related feedback, so it can be acted upon immediately to further enhance the reputation and professionalism of the pharmacy.
We stand behind every patient we bring back
Every recovered patient comes with a six-month retention guarantee. If they switch away again during that time, we replace them at no additional cost. Your investment is fully protected.
This guarantee reflects our confidence in our process and our commitment to long-term patient stability.
A process built for people, not paperwork
What makes RE-NOMINATE different is not technology. It is the way we communicate.
They aren’t pressured and simply confirm their choice
They are supported, respected and reassured at every step. This protects the relationship they have with your pharmacy and ensures their return is rooted in confidence — not misunderstanding.
Founder Partner Opportunity
We are currently welcoming a limited number of pharmacies to join as Founder Partners during the structured launch phase of the Renominate programme.
Founder Partners participate at the ground-floor stage of a carefully designed retention and digital credibility framework. During this phase, each partner receives direct oversight and measured implementation support to ensure long-term stability and success.
Founder Partner status includes:
• Direct founder-led implementation and strategic oversight
• Priority onboarding within the structured rollout phase
• Protected long-term commercial positioning within the programme
• Preferential access to all Renominate services and future enhancements
• Participation within a limited, quality-controlled launch cohort
Launch intake is intentionally restricted to ensure every Founder Partner receives the level of attention and structure the programme requires.
